Trauma is severe deep brain rewiring. Your resally difficult to undo, and much less. Its caused by shock or acute danger. It's a change that happens deeper than the intellectual brain, on instinct, survival level. The best opportunity to address is re-visiting and outreach programs. It is not pleasant, but effective.
