HELP! I set up a therapy session for patients in group today?

I'm beginning to two weeks to patients group meeting treatment recommended by my doctor today and does not know what to expect. I am sure that all programs are slightly different, but if there is something you can be that I could say about what to expect, the words of advice or help that they truly appreciate it. Thank you and care!

Group therapy works for some, because first, you soon realize you're not alone. Others who are struggling to exist and this will help to normalize you. Second, is a way to talk to people who can relate to what has been the need to say. Thirdly, it supports the struggle. Use this time to eject and received in a safe and non-judgmental, and when you feel better you can walk away without any day to day as a reminder that probably never see these people again. Good luck and be careful.
